I don't know about you, but my life would be bland without my friends. They all have their flaws, but they also have some amazing talents and personalities. Some of my friends are great listeners, some put a positive light on situations, and others would help me hide a body if I needed to. (I don't, but they know who they are!) Our friends should be the people who have our back no matter what. Proverbs 17:17 says, "A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for a time of adversity." No matter what you're going through, your friends should be with you through thick and thin and you should do the same. Brownie points if you text them today and tell them you're there for them. We've all been through it before. Even with the warmest blankets, the calmest music, the most emotional journal entry, sleep just won't come. Whenever you're going through the toughest of times, or stress is on your mind, remember what John14:27 says, "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not be afraid." Even we are at the end of our rope and feel as if there's no help for us, if we reach out to God, he will bring you peace and help you get through it.
